I have ordered mobile phone on 25/09/2019 and delivery period was 30/09/2019 but mobile was not delivere and cancelled my ordered.when I talked with customer care they told me scanning problem that’s why they cantc delivered. But I am asking continuously if any problem in delivery address so please tell me I can give alternate address also but customer care said said there is no problem about address. Then they ordered again and next delivery date is fixed 31/09/2019 but also same problem happened now they told me problem of delivery address.
I have surprise plan for my sisete Diwali gift but amazon not gave me to surprise to my sister.
