Mobile Phone Order Cheating
Dear Sir,
I have ordered a mobile phone with ezeephones on 9th June 2020 night around 10 pm. Today I tried to trace my order and I am unable to trace any thing on their website. I have paid the full amount of Rs. 3999.20 through Google pay. Today when I called their customer care Number and spoke they are telling that my order is cancelled and they can make a refund. They have asked me to check my account balance when they are still online on the call. they are asking for my bank card details telling that they are unable to repay the amount to my Google pay account. They are also asking the phone no linked to my Google pay account. I found this to be suspicious. And I have not given them any details. They are telling that I must obtain a card from the bank and then call them to get the refund. I am a retired person with very minimum income. Hence I request you to kindly arrange to get back my amount at the earliest. I have given the screen shot of the payment made from Google pay.
