I placed an order for a mobile oneplus 9R with exchange of my old phone. The delivery agent at the time of delivery could not verify the with the OTP. He mentioned that we rejected during delivery and took back the phone. Upon several calls to Amazon, were I was promised a delivery the next day instead they have processed refund on the card. The amount will release to my card after 5 business days. What is my fault here? I called the next day to know. It was a gift for mother’s day. All this happened against my wish.
