Dear Sir,
we have placed order for samsung mobile m31s on 22/3/2021 , same day we have received the mobile @ 8.30PM. We are residing in apartment while delivering the goods delivery boy requested us to come down from my 2nd floor to collect, we went down and collect the box. we back to home and opened the box and found phone was not there in side only charger is there while opening we have notices samsung mobile box got tampered. we rang back the delivery person many times till mid night 12 he did not picked up. Same day we raised complaint in amazon. amazon team requested us to wait for 5 working days. on 28.3.2021 team confirmed that material delivered intact condition. This was disappointment reply from amazon. further we requested for proof .. team said no proof can be given. this is not acceptable. how amazon did the investigation? on what basis they are saying item delivered in good condition? if amazon is confident why they are not providing proof. it is import to catch the culprit other wise amazon will loss the credibility. more over amazon must take strict action on this kind of maters other wise same thing will repeat again and again.
we request you to do the proper investigation and do justice to us. this is hard earned money.
