We have ordered a mobile phone named kryptonX2 pro on 10/06/2020 in a online website named ezeephones.com who gave an advertisement in YouTube app. We paid 4479 Indian rupees on 10/06/2020 through net banking. But we didn’t get any delivery updates. So we called to customer care number we tried many numbers and one call connected on 13/06/2020. We asked him about our order he said the delivery is pending and we cannot deliver the product. So we asked to pay our no ey back. They are saying if u have google pay or paytm I can transfer the money. But said we paid money through net banking and you transfer amount to that account. He refused to pay through that. And our friend have google pay account we said transfer amount to this account. But he is asking our upi Id and pin number of this account. At that time we got to know this website is a fraud website.
