I bought a new mobile phone oppo F9 pro for 23999 rupees from paytm.
I used exchange offer offered by paytm. They promised me to give 9250 rupees cash back for my used phone, but once they delivered their new phone, no one came to pick up my old phone, and simply sent me the message that my old phone has been rejected.
I told them to cancel my main order and return my money than as I only purchased from you because of good exchange rate.
but they refused to pay my money back.
Thrh are such a frauds company. Government should hang his owner. Company is counterfeit.
