I have F21 PRO mobile phone which is under warranty till 17 July’23. i was facing some issue regarding mobile touch which stop working some time. i visited service center regarding this issue but service center did not accept my mobile under warranty due to multiple scratches on panel. As per warranty term and condition – water damaged and physical damaged product can not accept under warranty. However, service engineer of Oppo (Gurdaspur) deliberately consider scratches into physical damaged. if it was physical damaged there should be damaged on screen as well. i am also attaching the screenshot of customer care chat who confirmed that they found small scratches on panel. Kindly review and resolve my issue Asap.
