Dear Team,
Recently I have ordered OnePlus 10pro mobile on Amazon with exchange. On 26th April 2022 delivery boy reached us for delivering the new mobile as well as to exchange the old one. But the verification process has been failed due to their technical error. I have contacted customer care support for assistance and also delivery hub. I have reverified the IMEI number which I have entered while booking the order and IMEI matches with the phone. Then also due to technical error from Amazon the verification has been failed and Amazon delivery agent refused to deliver the product. After contacting the customer care support and delivery hub, they are stating to cancel the order and rebook again.
