My Airtel mobile data recharge online turned out to be unsuccessful. Got a message from the Airtel site that the transaction could not be processed. Please try again later. But the amount has been debited from my bank account. I am all at sea as to where my hard-earned money is lying idle.
Please look into the matter immediately so that my money comes back credited to my bank account, so that I can try for the same recharge again very soon. I am unable to make my important calls or use my data facility.
For a very prompt action I shall remain grateful.
