Dear Sir/Madam I had realme phone and it got blasted when I was going with my kids to school down.When I complained to realme store, they refused to give the claim.Whose purchasing date is 14-09-2022 Whose company warranty is 4 months due now:Due to phone blast, I lost my job and now I am jobless.All my work was done from phone only and I do not have that much capacity that I can buy a new phone.i hope you will help me
