I have ordered ala realme xt mobile on flipkart usi g my credit card. The promise date given was 6 of Nov n as it happens regularly I didn’t the product on time. I called cs ppl. They promised me 24 to 48hrs time. I waited n called them post the time period. Worst part was, They disconnected the calls in between the conversation. They are completely helpless n clueless. I can see my order is at the nearest hub. Im just asking them to provide the details of the nearest hub. So tht I can go n collect it. For once plz solve this… I’ll not order anytime on flipkart again.
