I have got a message from Flipkart this morning saying that the courier partner has confirmed the product was not accepted by me,
which is really not correct he is misguiding Flipkart,he is just trying to hide his mistake
and looks like he is not from Flipkart and from some 3rd part vendor who was very new and have no idea and was confused.
Actually,the swipe machine he bought was not working(it was not in working condition, battery was also low ), because of which i have not received my product.
Also want to ask why he is lying and blaming me for not accepting the product.Its ok for cancelling the product
but why he is blaming me even though i am the real sufferer not he just because of the deliver boy ,I have not got the product.
I do accept that i have put my old mobile on exchange which i was not using which he told as damaged but it was not damaged from any angel,
as i told he was new and don’t have much idea he declined to echange.

Can someone please come back and explain why it was cancelled and i was being misguided in the name of resolution and nothing was being asked from me .
