Dear sir, madam i have purchased a mobile phone on online shopping flipkart app (Realme 9 pro plus 5g aurora green )i have received product on last month 19 September the product was came defective and i has kept multiple time return request they has accepting and they will cancelling the order multiple time please take them on action provide me refund the amount
