I bought samsung s21 ultra 5g on date jun10 but mobile box unsealed and mobile heating issues and touch complaints.. so I told to amazon customers care they arranged refund but they assign pick service for 3 attempts but not pickup yet. I approach customer service for more times there is no proper response I was waiting for more then 15days. due to that i was suffered mentally and financially. plz give me a solution to solve the problems ?????????
