We have received mobile samsung f41 on Dt. 10.11.2020 flipkart upgrader plan, after 1 year later we are unable to pay rest balance 30 %, so my mobile is locked.
i am trying to flipkart customer care for restart my mobile, he was raise complain against unlocking my mobile, after few days we have received link from flipkart, than we will payment rest balance for Rs. 4950 /- (30%) payment details attached.
but till date my mobile is locked, after many times we will contact flipkart customer care, but he was not solve my solution.
please do the needful.
