Respect Sir,
I ordered a phone from Flipkart and they provided me used phone. I said it because it’s Facebook id is already logged in with others id named as Ritika ……. even after so many times tech vist my refund or exchange of product was cancelled.
The phone is realme I purchased from Flipkart and after so many times being harassment of Flipkart the customer care did not provide any response every now and then I request for exchange of the product but their was no response now I want refund of amount.
And henceforth I will never opt for online product form Flipkart. Even after showing all evidence no one gave me a positive response against my product. Name of phone and order no as realme C25s (Watery Blue, 64 GB) with order ID OD222708636788135000.
Please respond to this request I will be great full for the support.
