Sir,
I have ordered for new mobile phone on discount in Rs. Rs. 4499.28/- and same was taken by company through pay u money app. i have received the confirmation from my bank for debiting the said amt and credit to frankie enterprises. No order confirmation was sent over phone or e mail id by vendor. and when we contact at no. given on site, same was switched off . it is clearly a cyber fraud . it is requested to enquire into matter and identify the vendor and take appropriate action.
