Sir,
The delivery of Vivo Smart Phone arrived on 31st March 2021. We shocked to find that Playing Cards delivered were not what we have originally ordered. Our order was Vivo 4G Smart phone (Newly Launched). However playing cards were delivered to us. We attach the video of the delivered goods.
I therefore herewith request you to send me the right product free of charge within 7 days of the date in this mail. The product already received can be returned at our expense you can collect it.
