I am order a 4g phone and received playing cards and 2g small phone please give the refund amount

I also faced the same problem, I ordered for VIVA 4G new launched mobile through hope4shops.co.in
on 13.01.2021 on COD basis, the courier person (Delhivery) refused for open delivery in my absense,
collected amount (Rs.3000/-), dropped a box and ran away.
While opening the box found GURU 310 mobile (mentioned MRP 500/-) no invoice/no bill, except
the packing slip of the courier.
while tracing in the website also we are unable to get a proper communication address or contact number
While contacting the courier person they are saying its third party booking, I have a small doubt whether the courier people will accept parcels without proper sender address ? to who they are
depositing/handing over the cash collected from me ? nor they are also one part of it ?

Hai! same problem was faced by me. By looking the advertisement, i ordered the phone cash on delivery by doubting they may cheat!
Obviously the mobile phone was delivered by a courier called Delhivery. By seeing the parcel itself, i refused to take. the courier person is keep on telling that, i can’t refuse to take the parcel. I told him to open the parcel and found small 2G phone Guru 310 was there. I seen no sender address in the parcel. i refused again as there is no sender address. Now courier person started abusing and insisting to give 3000 Rs. As police station was near to my home, i called him to police station and he run away with the parcel.
It seems, connection is there between Delhivery courier company and this Online cheating company. I am not understanding how government is not taking any actions on such cheaters? How Delhivery courier is working with no ethics in their business? They run the courier service for cheating the People? they are not having fear on law? i am not understanding…
