I’m Vaishnavi and my mobile number is 89253….. , from chennai-600053.

I ordered mobile krypton k5 worth of Indian Rupees Rs.3999/-( Three thousand nine hundred and ninety nine only)on website “http://www.ezeephones.com”and there is no confirmation of product delivery msg,no customer care services in it.

I have done my payment through my City union Bank Debit card through payu transaction site on 20th of june 2020 at 04:00pm.

My receipt number:3120376425

But when i received this phone on 23june 2020, I found this mobile a fake one.I have ordered another mobile nut i received the fake mobile naming (orange Max B6).I want to return this fake product and I want my money back.please solve my problem and help in refund my money.
