I get a call from your team member who spoke to me that mobile will be delivered to last week

But I like to inform you I have not received any call and update on the mobile which I ordered for rs 3999/-

If you are unable to supply the mobile phone please refund my amount on top priority

This kind of play fun with customer will not acceptable

So request your team to call back on priority
