On 17 may 2020 I ordered one genex galaxy M30s which is offered by mobyle store, my order id – 321907631 ordered confirm,money also debited from my debit card account that is RS 2999/-,during ordered completed I got message from company ur ordered confirm,now three days complete still I have not received mail or message from mobylstore nor they have informed about the status we have requested to refund the amount if they are not able to complete the order.kindly please request my money or my order mobile.
