I ordered Tipad Reno phone from maxophones.online

I paid the amount 4999/- with my online transaction, and received transaction number number and order number message.

after 2 days 1 lady called and asked the details of the booking phone. received call from this number (8447027954). then next day(18/07/2020) got message that

Shipped: Your order from Ecommerce store is dispatched through BlueDart order ID Awb#69583831354 has been shipped and will be delivered by Monday, Jul 20, 2020.

but the product received today(21/07/2020) and while opening i took video, they sended some android mobile name from without Brand name,

so i thought be got Fraud and tried to contact the company and shared mail,

but mail also not delivered. then i check in google for company details finally i got some customer care number (7602795083), when i explained him that we received another phone which is not ordered, then he replied and said that your amount will refund.for do refund asking to install Anedesk app then i refused, then he asked me to share the card number and account details,

then i shout him for asking details, then he started abusing and using walgur language

please look in to this company, if am not received my money back no issue, but they are cheating to people directly
