Jio has suspended my mobile number and on connecting came to know that this they did due to marketing activity but failed to inform me what kind of activity was engaged in. I have not received any warning or any information just suddenly got out of service. Now, as per JIO, it will take 48 hrs to resume the service. What a waste of time. Would like to switch the provider and looking for all plan cancellation.
