I made a request by SMS on 16th May 2019. I got a reply SMS that my request will be processed by 23rd May 2019. Till morning of 24th May 20129 it has not been processed. In between I had called their helpline number. The person was very blunt and told me to wait. They are just not processing porting out requests.
