I have been a Airtel customer since 2012.
Mobile No 8130495001.
Recently ported my postpaid connection from Delhi NCR to UP West and have had issues with access to My airtel app ever since.
Called on 121 but the fellows are clueless and hang up in the middle of the call.
Please advise, else I shall be compelled to migrate to some other mobike network provider.
