Text of Complaint by Pallavee:

I am really being harassed so badly by vodafone Idea I am so lost and if I take any step to my life its VodafoneIdea who will be responsible.My mobile no 8007259592 is permanently suspended since 09/12/20.
I visited VI store on 10/12/20 at pimple saudagar they told me to go to Akurdi store and call customer care number.I called customer care service and the complain was raised to Activate my number 4-100172826094 and I was told the number will be activated within 24 hours. on 11/12.20 – i wrote multiple emails to get my number enabled but I had no response.Finally Got a call from customer care executive that my number is permanently disable for non-payment to Airtel (previous provider). and I should clear the payment and visit VI store to have my number enabled.
I finally went to Akurdi Store  first to Airtel to ask status of my mobile number and if any payment is pending. they say there is no payment pending since I cleared all payment on 11/10/20.
Finally my worst experience at Akurdi Store VI starts:when I went to the store your executive told me the number is with Airtel and only airtel can give the number back.I told that stupid lady that i just visited the Airtel store and they do not have my number and payment is cleared as well.She just told me in one sentence that she cannot do any thing and the number is not with them . this she told me within 1 Minute without even trying to check with backend team. without any efforts to find out the background of the case.
She told me that I should call customercare. which I did already and I told her. I wrote email and i had the response which she was not ready to see. i told her to spek to you backend team and she told me its not my job to call customer care.
Ice on the cake is that she also suggested that Akurdi Airtel store is not capable of the service and go to shivaji nagar Airtel store.
FINALLY after i create a big scene  another Lady came to me and spoke to backend team and she told me that even thought the number is suspended forever she can get the same number (99% possibility)  and i need to visit the store tomorrow again with my documents.

I am raising this complain for multiple reason.

1) when Payment was cleared to Previous provider on 11/10/20 . why your records were not updated and why is my number suspended despite of clearing payment.
2) Why am I being asked to visit another store. or call customer care. why one store is not capable of finding info from backend team ?
3) Your Staff at Akurdi store did not show any interest in resolving the case or finding out the issue.
4) why should I visit your stores multiple times and to different stores . who will pay pack my patrol charges and my time used.I am visiting your stores on my working day and being harassed.
5) Noone from VI is ready to accept that its their fault for not updating records and suspending the number.
6) No one is taking ownership to  get my number back.

You all have made my life miserable.
