my postpaid mobile number 8976766936 ported from Docomo strted on 15 th oct 2018 .worked for 10 days then showed emergency calls only got disconnected by Nov end w/o any intimation.went to jacob circle Byculla gallery …lower parel …malad circle office ..no reporting no solution . Now Jacob circle exec say the number went back to Docomo .go to docomo if u want to retrieve ur number or go to TRAI…how annoying & foolish practices r these ! i used this ph for jobsearch .its imp to retrieve asap. i didnot given my bills nor any purchase receipt or monthly plan by Jacob crcle Byculla gallery.
