Hi,
Previously i was having vodafone number which i changed to Airtel postpaid connection on number 9703131371 4 months back.
All of a sudden now i got a message from airtel that with my previous service provider 149 Rs bill is pending. First of all if any bill is pending how they shifted my connection to Airtel. But still i tried to pay the bill on vodafone website but when i i entered my number it was showing that number not available as it is already moved to Airtel..
On feb 13th morning my number is blocked. Then i did some research and I got a website link on how to pay bill for inactive number.. After paying the bill i went to Airtel store, they say its disconnected from Vodafone, so i went to vodafone store but vodafone clearly says that nothing is blocked from their end.
Then i came back to Airtel store, these people dont no what needs to be done. From that day they keep on saying that they are working on the request but issue is not resolved yet.
Today is feb 20th 2020 still number is still blocked..

- This is really frustrating. Iam not able to make any online transactions as the number is linked to my bank account and OTP goes to that number.. can’t order food online..cant do any online shopping..cant access my back account.. going through tough time with this issue..i really wanna book a complaint against Airtel.. please help..thank you.
