I Anish Parambi, using number 8451933588.There is Family Plan which airtel has introduced that makes family connections together and there is only one bill which is generated for the entire family, I had taken the Airtel connection and converted into the family plan in April’19, on numbers 9619040399 and 9969672144.
Apparently, 9619040399 got added bill got merged to 8451933588 which is parent number but 9969672144 got added but separate bill was generated, for which I raised a concern on 23 April’19 with concern no.90186529, which they told be it will take 32 days to resolve the concern, I had requested them that in between these there should not be any affects on the number 9969672144, they assured me that nothing will happen, on 22nd May’19, the number 9969672144 was barred from making outgoing calls, I called the customer care of airtel and they again raised a concern with concern number no. 90368914 and asked them to take it on priority as this number is used by my mother and she had to make urgent calls, the advisor, floor supervisor and Floor manager Mr. Arvind assured me that they will take it on priority and resolve the concern to reconnect the call of 9969672144.
Again I had called on 23rd May’19 when nothing moved from airtel and still my mother was not able to make outgoing calls, they assured me that it will get resolved by 23rdMay’19 05:00pm.
My concerns are
- Why was the outgoing call barred?
- Why was the connection not restored back on priority even if TAT is 24hrs?
