Dear Sir,
This is Sanjeev Kaushal my mobile number +919039666391 has deactivated by airtel since last 2 days.
Currently i am in africa regions and i always need this number for my bank traction for other official purpose.
this number already have enough balance for international calling and validity also remaining.
Airtel team they do not give me the reason for sim deactivated.
i have contacted your airtel team yesterday but still they not able to answer me just time passing. according them i have to set manually network selection. but if Sim has been deactivated how i can select network..?
i went to airtel Madagascar office i meet with airtel officer to check my sim card if there is any issue in madgascar network. they have checked and informed me to contact airtel india coz Sim has closed-deactivated by airtel india not madagascar airtel.
kindly advise urgently i am travelling other country and i need to have this number for transaction purpose.
please look in this matter and solve this issue asap.
