Dear Sir
I have requested to convert my more than 3 years old mobile no. from Postpaid to prepaid on 13th October. Till date it is not been activated. I have logged almost 10 complains and every time I have new tele caller and I have to explain him/her from scratch. Everyone assured me that it will be activated soon but till date is has not been activated. I am very disappointed with poor services. Even no one is telling the reason that why it is not activated.
