Text of Complaint by Ajoy Kumar Singh:

I had recharged my jio no. with 251/- on 24/07/2020 for a period of 28 days, but there is no network on this Sim, I had tried over different location but it’s deactive, tried over each and every platform of jio for whole month to get it rectified but all in vein.
