Dear Sir/Mam,

I would like to register my complaint regarding poor service offered by Airtel.

In the past 6 months, I have applied 3 times to disconnect my no as I lost it.But everytime, Airtel generate my bill and not disconnect my no.

I have paid bill everytime and request Ed them to disconnect it.

They said they will disconnect it but yet again bill generated and keep asking me to pay for it.
