Dear Sir, My mobile No convert to postpaid with fraud way. Actually thay have send notification in airtel app for family plan he showing pls chek full details so I have submit otp and address airtel have convert my phone no in postpaid.. and I was recharge before 7 day aprox 249 thay have lost my full amount without any information this is no fair pls help I am waiting your positive reply..
