I am unable to recharge validity/TT right from the moment it’s being activated. Dozens of complaints registered. Customer care (the only point where a customer can communicate) is either taking the needful efforts to solve or technical team is being put to the job. I would like to get this number PORTED back to the parent service prov;ider, viz. Tata Docomo where I do have talk time value of Rs. 207/- on my credit at the time of porting.
