Hello, I am a user of Airtel prepaid number from the last 8 years but suddenly my number stopped working. Currently, I am in bangalore and this number is of AP circle. Now Local airtel office has said that they cannot help as this is an AP circle number. The airtel customer care also saying that they cannot help visit local service center. Please help
