Hello Sir/Madam,

I leave in Hyderabad central area (Nataraj Nagar, Erragadda) it comes under Motinagar tower coverage area, I am not getting mobile single at home . When i am at home, the single shows no bars or one bar some time that to when i am near to door or window, if i go to bedroom or leaving room or just few steps insaid the home, the singles will drop completely and if someone calls , it says not reachable or switched off.

If i need to receive or made a call, i need to go to on road front of the home or terrace top, this issue with every one at the home (at my home 4 connection, all of them same issue ). My building is 4 story building and the problem persistence .

Kindly look the issue at earliest to resolve the single strength issue.
