Hi, I am using an airtel sim for my mobile communications since many years now. There is only one number that I have and hence it becomes of utmost important that the number should be in a workable condition.
Since 16th april 2019 i am unable to receive any incoming call on my number. I have repeatedly reached out to the customer care of airtel but all in vain.
Not only am i not getting any resolution they are not even telling me any progress on my complaint
Since last four days I am trying to chase them for one resolutions still the customer care is not resolving my issue
every month i pay 646 for a pack of 399, inclusive of taxes but they can not even give me basic service.
to add to it their executives are rude and ignorant of the issue and when asked to speak to their senior they do not even answer that request
Half the time my phone stays out of signal and this only happens with an airtel sim
i wish an early resolution to this
