Hello sir/madam,
I am using 5 airtel postpaid number in my family plan of airtel. I have registered a complain regarding my network & internet issue by 5th may 2021, since then i am reminding them to resolve my issue. Every time they are promising me a time period but till now my problem has not been resolved. They have generated bill also for last month that i have paid after long discussion with coustomer care.
- The problem is,i am living at a prime location of mangalore city But network is not there in my home whenever i have to make a call or need of internet i & my family person have to come out from home for network.
Its now near by 2 month & now i am feeling cheated by airtel.
Please take some needful action.
