I have placed an order no 61947 on 19 jun 2023 for iphone 6S battery with Mobile Monk
03, Jai Mata di Compound,Kalher, Thane- 421302, Mumbai. on 25th june I received iphone 7/damaged battery. same day I raised replacement through their site as well intimated at given mail. since then there is no reply. mobile no is having only IVR that always respond with “we will call you latter”. one whatsapp no (business account) off line. second whatsapp number (business account) not responding. there is no way to contact them. please help out.
