Hello Sir/ madam,
I am Ragavendran.T from Chennai
on 24th Dec 2018 I purchased Samsung galaxy note 9 from Airtel online store and subscribed to 2999 plan and I have paid the down payment of Rs, 7900 on 24th dec. order no 10064924.
The phone was supposed to be delivered on Jan 5th 2019 but still I don’t received yet and it is causing a great deal of agony to me.
The courier service used is Vulcan which I believe has never delivered on time. Kindly look in to this issue as soon as possible.
