Text of Complaint by Atul Gupta:

I had ordered VIVO Y33S from Amazon app on 7th Oct and received packet on 10th Oct. When I opened the box then found mobile missing from it and all accessories available. Immediately I raised complaint to customer care and social media team of Amazon . Now they are denying to refund and replacment. Saying that they delivered intact box and couldn’t help ahead now.
