I purchased one mobile on flipkart smart upgrade plans on 2021.i forgot the expired time due to some personal reasons. After i saw mail from flip cart, they will send the payment portal on mail. But I couldn’t make the payment on site link. I call customer service, they didn’t give me the solution. Finally my mobile locked.i call customer service, they announced technical error. Kindly give me the proper solution. All my details in my mobile only. Please unlock my mobile. Order number is OD 221916535906537000
