I have taken loan from these loan apps. In the covid-19 situation I fell into a complete financial breakdown. So I took loans. But their processing fee and interest is so high and their time is so short that I fell into a money trap. I have paid almost 4 5 lacs. After that there is 1.5 lac is due which I have to pay, I hardly used 20000 from there, because they thread me soo dangerously that I have taken another loan to pay one , and another to pay second one, slowly slowly I fell into a money trap. They all the time calling me and thread me if I not pay then they will call my contacts number and they thread me that they will make a what’s app group of all my contacts and sent them my details, they thread me if I not pay they will expose me in social media, they are mentally harassing me that suicidal thoughts coming into my mind, I lost everything to pay their dues, please take nei action against these apps because I have already paid huge amount and they have no rights to call my contacts and sent them details..I believe in indian constitution. I have faith on your laws, please take necessary action against this so that O can live my life peacefully.

I am Suffering from same situation as described in above complain.
In just 6 months my loan amount reached to more than 3 Lakhs.
Every month instead of decreasing the amount it keep going increasing.
In September my loan amount increased by 23K and in October by 37K.
Due to there Call which is more than 20 to 30 per day and whatsapp messages.for repaying in time else humiliating me infront of my contacts list.by sharing my loan details with them.
I was in deep confusion by one of application.
Whose due date was 4th Nov. And their executive started abuse texting in Whatsapp on 3rd Nov morning.
Being afraid of humiliation i took loan from another application to repay them….
Like this type only Being afraid of knowing my contacts about my loan i am in web 25 such applications…..
I don’t understand one thing
If they had to copy our contact list while applying for loan
Why they ask for reference contact which is of no use if they are calling and texting to my random contacts on due date only.
Just because of there threatening call and whatsapp message I am afraid of using my own phone also

No need to worry about this issue
Just uninstall all those apps and put a stutus about this issue in your whatsapp and Facebook so that people can be aware about the issue.. they can snip your contacts when the app was installed only otherwise they can’t see any of your data.. at the same point just they can’t take any legal action against you.. just be aware of them and ignore their calls

I’m facing the same issue sir. But they are threatening me to raise a complaint against me in the Court of Delhi.
Kindly suggest what to do?
I too facing same issue since one week… they r literally killing me.. they are telling they will call all my contacts
