Installed the verifile Ind mobile loan app through seeing ads in social media,after activation entering my details it started processing itself & amount got credited with out my concern. I even not applied for loan where the interest rate was high. After 6days they started contacting me for the amount that too behaving rudely & abusing. They were straightly saying will harasse if I don’t pay the full amount. Still I paid the full amount but after sometime amount got credited without my concern,I searched customer care no & contacted the person & tried to raise the Compalint they asked me to pay the full amount so that they will close my loan so again I paid the amount but loan did not get close infact another Amount got credited. So now they are harassing me like anything & this is getting unstoppable so kindly requesting you to resolve my issue.pls help me out with the solution.

Hi Girish,
I too had the same issue . So next time when you are about to repay your loan and click on repay and go to next screen, you will see a toggle below for pre-approval . It will be turned on by default so that when you pay your loan they will automatically apply a new loan for you . So everytime when you pay your loan make sure that option is disabled before going to next step for payment .
Also delete your account after you complete all your loans
