Hello, i ordered a Realme narzo 20 (4GB, 128 GB). On delivery i found the mobile does not have any inbuilt auto-call recording option. When i tried third party app for the same i found it is not supported (only my side voice is recorded). Since this feature is very essential to me i placed return order. After a long 4 days one technician visited me and he found my concern is true and the mobile lacks the feature. He told me that he would report the same. But after his report, to my utmost disbelief i found that my return order has been cancelled. Neither i expected a cutting edge model like this will cause this much problem nor Flipkart to be that disappointing. Since the mobile is useless for me i am forced to write to you and hope that Justice will be delivered. Thanks
