I have been a loyal customer since 2004. I am a vodafone red customer. This month (May, 2022) the internet quota was all consumed (20GB) in 7 days though i didn’t do anything unusual or different than previous months. I complained to the customer service and requested to solve the issue for more than two weeks and no-one ever replied or called back. I called 4 times, as can be checked, and filed anther request to have a supervisor to contact me with, nothing was done in addition to they said a lie that i have been contacted by a supervisor that never happened. I am complaining about the bad services, false consumption as well as lying in a an open case.
