I had taken this connection in 2014. Ever since then i always encounter with my internet use. Whenever i call at customer care they say a new tower is coming in your area so it would be resolved in next 3 to 4 months.
I waited from 2014 till 2019. Last month when i enquired of this issue again they said still they are searching the location.

Meanwhile my mobile internet is running with 2G speed whereas i am being charged for 3G.

If I dont pay my bills they Airtel starts sending me reminders but what about my concern.
Airtel is cheating people and its customers.
Neithet their Customer care executive, nodal officer or appealte authority listen to us. Shame to you all.
