I am using Airtel Postpaid for so many years. Until last couple of months, things have become worst! At my home, I get less than 1 mbps speed on 4G LTE. I daily travel to Bellandur from Whitefield and in the entire, there is hardly any internet connection! I think I have waited too long for this hoping things will be fine but pissed off now. This has been escalated a couple of time in past but no improvement! My concern is, if you can’t provide basic services, why are you charging for this? In a popular area in a city like Bengaluru, why do I have to suffer with basic services on a daily basis? Why there is no improvement in QoS?
